China achieved a complete victory in team events as the artistic swimming segment of the World Aquatics Championships – Singapore 2025 concluded on Friday, July 25.

Despite dealing with a leg injury, ZHANG Yayi (CHN) rejoined the Chinese team to secure their win in the Team Acrobatic event. They excelled once more in both technical and artistic impression scores, finishing with a total of 229.0186 to lead the competition.

Neutral Athletes B, featuring many juniors competing at this level for the first time, earned the silver medal with a score of 224.7291. Spain rounded out the top three with a score of 221.0962.


Earlier that day, Iris TIO CASAS (ESP) concluded her impressive Singapore 2025 campaign by teaming up with Dennis GONZALEZ BONEU (ESP) to narrowly claim the Mixed Duet Free gold with a score of 323.8563.

This achievement marks her third gold medal in Singapore, in addition to three bronze medals, providing a delightful conclusion to her Singapore 2025 experience.

Aleksandr MALTSEV and Olesia PLATONOVA (NAB), who secured silver with a score of 323.4438, were leading until TIO CASAS and GONZALEZ BONEU captured the gold. Isabelle THORPE and Ranjuo TOMBLIN (GBR) finished third with a score of 322.0583.

The artistic swimming competition has now wrapped up, with China finishing with four gold medals and three silvers. NAB concluded with three golds, three silvers, and two bronzes. Spain also had a remarkable performance, achieving three golds, two silvers, and four bronzes.
